Accessibility Statement
Statement updated: 2026-10-04
Accessibility
Kadurim is committed to an equal, accessible service for all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessible customer service
The Service is online only. You can reach us about anything at [email protected], and about accessibility directly via our accessibility coordinator (below). If writing is difficult, ask us to call you back.
Website accessibility
About 20% of people live with some form of disability. We want everyone to be able to use the Service independently and comfortably — manage their vault, log training and find ranges.
Accessibility information
Standard and level. The Service was made accessible according to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines, with parts of WCAG 2.1 also applied. The last review was on 2026-10-01.
Adjustments made:
- Clear structure: hierarchical headings, marked landmarks and a logical reading order;
- Right-to-left Hebrew: correct direction, with English text (calibers, emails) marked left-to-right;
- Keyboard: Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate, Esc to close dialogs and menus, with a visible focus indicator (except the maps — see "Known limitations");
- Forms: every field has a label, and error messages say which field to fix;
- Contrast: suitable color contrast, in a dark mode and an optional light mode;
- Zoom: content can be zoomed to 200% without loss, and the layout adapts to any screen size;
- Status messages: messages such as "Saved" are announced to screen readers;
- Images: purely decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them;
- Accessibility widget: the open-nagish widget offers text resizing, high contrast, grayscale, link highlighting, a dyslexia-friendly font, stopping animations, a large cursor, text-to-speech and more, from the floating button in the corner of the screen.
Browsers and devices. Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile (iOS and Android). For screen readers we recommend NVDA (desktop) or VoiceOver (iOS).
Known limitations:
- Interactive maps: the ranges map and location picker use a third-party map component (Leaflet / OpenStreetMap) with limited accessibility. Accessible alternative: every place is also in the "List" view with its address and navigation links, and a new place's location can be set from its address without the map.
- Content added by users and businesses (place descriptions, item names, photos) is not fully under our control.
- External sites we link to (Waze, Google Maps, range websites) are not our responsibility.
Physical accessibility
The Service is online only and has no offices or premises open to the public. For a specific range's or store's physical accessibility, contact the business directly; amenity information, where provided, is on its page.
