Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-04

The Hebrew version of these terms is the binding version. This English translation is provided for convenience.

1. General and definitions

1.1 Kadurim (the "Service") is a website and progressive web app operated by Kadurim (the "Operator", "we"). It lets you manage firearms, ammunition and training, find ranges and stores, compare prices and read professional information.

1.2 Using the Service in any way — browsing, registering, using the app or automated access — means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, which is part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.3 "User" — anyone who browses or uses the Service; "Business" — a range, gun store or service provider listed in the Service; "Page manager" — a user authorized to update a Business's page; "Subscription" — a paid plan, if and when offered.

1.4 The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.

1.5 Section headings are for convenience only and are not used for interpretation.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1 The Service is a logging and information tool only. It is not a licensing authority and does not replace the law, the Firearms Licensing Department's instructions, range rules or training by a certified instructor.

2.2 We do not sell firearms, ammunition or shooting services and are not a party to any transaction between you and a Business. Navigation, phone and booking links lead to external services.

2.3 Independence. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with or funded by any manufacturer, importer, range, store or government body unless explicitly stated. Brand, model or business names are mentioned for identification only, not as endorsement or partnership. Price-comparison rankings are by price alone, not commercial considerations. Any future affiliate links or sponsored content will be clearly labeled.

3. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal needs. Paid features are also subject to the subscription terms in section 6.

4. User accounts

4.1 Some features require registration. Provide accurate, complete details and keep them up to date.

4.2 Do not open an account in someone else's name or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity in your account.

4.3 Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately at [email protected] about any unauthorized use.

5. Safety and the law

5.1 All activity involving firearms and ammunition must comply with the Firearms Law, 5709-1949, its regulations, your license conditions and range safety rules.

5.2 Dry-fire practice must only be done with a cleared, safe firearm and no ammunition present.

5.3 Cleaning reminders, license-expiry warnings, round counts and ammo stock are aids only. You remain responsible for tracking official dates and requirements, which you should verify with the competent authorities (e.g. gov.il).

6. Subscriptions and payments

6.1 General. The Service is currently free. We may offer paid features as a monthly or annual subscription; this section applies only to a subscription you choose to buy. Features that are free today will not become paid without advance notice.

6.2 Payment provider. Payment is made on a secure checkout page of Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. This means:

  • the purchase is made with Dodo Payments, which issues the receipt or invoice, collects applicable taxes (including VAT) and handles charges and refunds with the card network;
  • your payment details go directly to Dodo Payments and never reach or are stored by us;
  • the purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments's terms and privacy policy; on payment matters their terms prevail, without derogating from any right you have under law;
  • the charge on your card statement may show the payment provider's name.

6.3 Price. The price, billing period and what's included are shown before purchase, in shekels or the currency shown at checkout, including VAT where applicable.

6.4 Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same period at the then-current price, until cancelled. We will email you a reminder before an annual subscription renews.

6.5 Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies only from the next billing period; you can cancel before then at no further charge.

6.6 14-day cancellation. Under section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the document detailing it, whichever is later. The refund is less a cancellation fee as set by law (5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower); we may waive the fee.

6.7 Cancel anytime. You may cancel an ongoing subscription at any time under section 13D of the Consumer Protection Law, the same way it was purchased — online from your account or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of notice, after which you will not be charged. A proportional refund is given for a prepaid, unused period where the law requires.

6.8 Statutory rights. Nothing here derogates from your rights under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law, including the extended cancellation rights of persons with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants under the conditions set by law.

6.9 End of subscription. When a subscription ends or is cancelled, your account returns to the free plan; your data is kept and paid features become unavailable.

7. Prices, places and community information

7.1 Prices, opening hours and place details come from various sources, including users and Businesses. They may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. The price at the Business is what counts; verify important details with the Business before going.

7.2 Places and prices marked "Demo data" are illustrative and not real.

8. Businesses and page managers

8.1 A Business owner may request to manage its page; approval is at our discretion and we may ask for verification.

8.2 A page manager is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, prices and photos it publishes, and confirms it holds all rights in uploaded photos.

8.3 We may edit or remove information and revoke management rights if these terms are breached or where we see fit.

9. Corrections, removal and right of reply

9.1 A Business or person who finds incorrect information about them, or wants it removed, can email [email protected] with the details and the page link.

9.2 We will acknowledge within 3 business days and respond on the merits within 30 days at most, correcting or removing the information where justified.

9.3 A Business may ask to attach a short clarification to information published about it.

10. User content

10.1 By submitting content (price reports, claim requests, catalog items, photos, etc.) you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe others' rights.

10.2 You grant the Operator a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, edit and process it as part of the Service.

10.3 We may review, edit, reject or remove any content at our discretion.

11. Articles and information

Articles and guides are general information only — not legal, professional or safety advice — and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You rely on them at your own responsibility; verify important information with official sources.

12. Permitted and prohibited use

12.1 You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including: publishing false, misleading or offensive content or unauthorized advertising; content about trading or transferring firearms or ammunition unlawfully; attempting to hack, disrupt, bypass security or overload the Service; automated collection (scraping, bots or API), copying the price and places database or substantial parts of it, or commercial use of it without written permission; using the Service's content or data to train artificial-intelligence models; impersonating any person or Business.

12.2 Search engines may crawl public pages in accordance with robots.txt.

12.3 Permission to use the Service is revoked for anyone who continues prohibited use after notice.

13. Intellectual property

13.1 All rights in the Service — code, design, the database and its structure, original content, articles and trademarks — belong to the Operator or its licensors, except user content and OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL).

13.2 Do not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the Service without written permission.

13.3 We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. price trends) for any purpose.

14. Third-party services

The Service integrates external services such as Dodo Payments, Google, Waze, Google Maps, Apple Maps, OpenStreetMap and Business websites. Their use is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

15. Limitation of liability

15.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or protection of data against loss. Maintenance downtime and failures beyond our control may occur.

15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, or for damage arising from reliance on information in the Service, including prices, hours, locations, round counts, reminders and license dates.

15.3 In any case, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or ₪500.

15.4 These limits do not apply to bodily injury, or to acts or omissions done willfully or with gross negligence, and do not derogate from any right that cannot be waived by law.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify the Operator for any damage, expense or claim arising from your breach of these terms or from content you published, including reasonable legal costs and attorney fees, within 30 days of written demand — provided we notify you of the claim and let you defend against it.

17. Changes, discontinuation and closing your account

17.1 We may change the Service and these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email before taking effect. The binding version is the one on this page, with its update date at the top. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance.

17.2 We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms or the law, and discontinue all or part of the Service with reasonable notice. If we discontinue a paid service you already paid for, we will refund the unused proportional part.

17.3 You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Miscellaneous

18.1 Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign ours to a third party provided your rights are not harmed.

18.2 Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to fulfill its purpose as far as possible, and the rest remain in force.

18.3 No waiver. Not enforcing, or delaying enforcement of, any right is not a waiver of it.

18.4 No third-party beneficiaries.

18.5 Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any subscription terms shown at purchase are the entire agreement between you and the Operator about the Service.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have jurisdiction, without derogating from your right as a consumer to sue in any other competent court under law.
